Umanotera NGO, The Slovenian Foundation for Sustainable Development, and its partners launched Rituali, Eco Office. The aim of this project is to provide thorough support to companies trying to introduce changes that will reduce their negative impact on the environment. Futura Group is one of Umanotera's partners in Rituali.

Vida Ogorelec Wagner, director of Umanotera, described Rituali: “We provide companies with education, counseling, exchange of experience and certifying. Apart from these, we are also preparing online catalogue and store of eco-friendly products and services. We help companies achieve positive changes and actively seek solutions for reducing their negative impact on the environment – ranging from small changes to strategic break-troughs.”

Importance of the communication aspect within Rituali was pointed out by Matjaž Klipšteter, managing director of Futura PR: “In order to introduce changes into companies successfully, we have to know how to motivate employees and well-planned internal communication is here crucial success-factor.”
