The future of public relations

24th Marketing focus that took place in Ljubljana on 21st June was dealing with the future of PR. Matjaž Klipšteter, director of Futura PR, took part in a debate “What is PR going to be like in the year 2017”.
 

Everyone agreed that in the past 15 years the level of expertise in PR have been constantly increasing and organizations have been becoming more aware of the importance of communication. In the future, communicators will have to follow changes, deriving from technological and business globalization, be broader in their perspectives and have strong expertise, which is especially important for PR agencies.
